KeeperOnsite Property Management is a company forged in the high intensity condo industry of downtown Toronto. We have over 10 years of experience facing all kinds of challenges and keeping properties running smoothly.

Relocated into the town of Kimberley, ON in 2021 we are focusing our actions in vacation or seasonal rentals for short and long terms or even upkeep of an empty home. Our goal is to assist the individual owners in the success of rental operations or passive property use.

There's no specific pre-designed package or product we offer. Instead we prefer to work with our clients in order to meet their specific needs and property requirements.   This way we can ensure two key factors:

 The value of your property is protected and you can enjoy peace of mind knowing everything is being completed to your liking.   

Superintendency is our service model, it spans from the property management, the maintenance to the handyman services. There's no office to reach, we're always on site.
